BRING BIGGINS TO JUSTICE

UPDATE:  March 8, 2011

Judge Rules Prima Facie - Biggins To Keep Tradename

He Will Be Brought To Justice!

His Embezzlement Case Is Next!

* * *

Flagrante Delicto!

ROB BIGGINS TESTIFIES HE DOESN'T REMEMBER

OKLAHOMA PRO WRESTLING KNOWN AS OPW!

"IT'S ALL ME!" . . Rob Biggins under oath, November 9, 2010 and February 10, 2005                      (See early OPW television commericials below!)

Biggins testified under oath that he failed to recall Oklahoma Pro Wrestling was known as OPW.,  perhaps as the result of being dropped on his head too many times . . . or that he embezzled the company's assets so he could continue as O.P.W.

OPW is spoken 6 times in these commericials.   Biggins appears 4 times.   Biggins testified that he made no money and lost money, after resigning from Oklahoma Pro Wrestling, Inc., because the industry had changed and there was no money in it, thus, he promoted and wrestled "just for fun."   Helping him out, I testifed that ledger sheets for MCW and the months before OPW was incorporated, show he made no money then, either.  His failure as a revenue generating promoter are documented by the Oklahoma Athletic Commission and the Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Biggins Steals Rick Vyper's Steel Cage and then sells it as an OPW asset!

"Rob Biggins sold the steel cage that belonged to me to John Crow.  Rob Biggins did not own the cage, nor did it EVER belong to him.  The steel  cage was estimated at $1,700.  I would like to be reimbursed for the cage or have the cage returned to me." . . . . . Rick Vyper, April 27, 2006.

FRAUD, THEFT, BETRAYAL, EMBEZZLEMENT, TRADEMARK VIOLATIONS

AND NOW . . .

THE PERFIDIOUS ONE GETS A CEASE AND DESIST LETTER FROM

THE OKLAHOMA STATE ATHLETIC COMMISSION AND A SECOND LAWSUIT FROM OPW!

Biggins is caught by the Oklahoma Athletic Commission wrestling without a license!  This video spurred a 2nd lawsuit by Oklahoma Pro Wrestling against him for unauthorized use of a registered trademark.

Lying to an assistant Oklahoma State Attorney General and denying he wrestled at this event did nothing to enhance or rehabilitate his tarnished reputation with the Oklahoma Athletic Commission and the Attorney General's Office.

The Most Unsuccessful Wrestling Promoter of All Time?

See the numbers!

For there is nothing hidden

That will not be disclosed.

And nothing concealed

that will not be known

or brought out into the open . . .
