Question: How do I get into professional wrestling?

Question: What do you think about professional wrestling in Oklahoma, today?
Pete Maguire: The inmates have taken over the asylum! It's simply awful. Check out the video footage on the various websites. It has become what I refer to as indoor backyard wrestling. No one comes to these shows. No one pays to attend these shows and no one gets paid to participate in them. It's The Smart Mark vs. The Dough Boy for the backyard belt and the winner gets to wear it to Hooters. It is an embarrassment and that is why I have decided to re-open to the OPW Wrestling school. It's time to train a new generation.
On "the Wrestler" starring Mickey Rourke
This movie should have been titled "Cheap Heat." Overseas it should be released as "Cheap Heat, Ad Nauseam," the Latin being added to give it respectability for a European audience. It's amazing what an uncreative smart-mark and money-mark producer and director can accomplish when their giant intellects and assets are combined. The central character, Ram, discovers his daughter is living with a black bull dyke who is always in a bad mood and just dying to kick his ass . . . a nice touch . . . and every father's worse nightmare.n fat, thi enire film is a nightmare; a bloated dark side pandering of the bsiness to a dumbed down public. If you must pay to see this film . . . uy into it.
Question: What is Bull Schmitt up to these days?
Pete Maguire: Having completed two highly successful tours in Japan, Bull retired from professional wrestling, bought a small farm in Kansas and settled down to raise his three sons, a veritable cash crop of future Schmitt-heads! Bull will also be training new students at the OPW Wrestling school.
Question: Did Harley Race teach Bull Schmitt to wrestle?
Pete Maguire: Check out Bull Schmitt vs. Cousin Vinnie Valentino in their Loser Leaves Town match video. They aren't doing the Missouri two-step! This match was filmed in 1998 before Harley Race had either a promotion or a wrestling school. Bull and Vinnie were two of many of OPW's talented and illustrious students.
Question: Why doesn't OPW have a message board?
Pete Maguire: Message-boards serve no worthwhile purpose for a professional wrestling promotion. They are mostly cyberspace cesspools for mean spirited smarks, malcontents, posers and wanabes.
Question: Rob Biggins was on Six in the Morning last week as Rocco Valentino. What a joke! Why don't you sue him?
Pete Maguire: A big thank you to you and other morning televsion viewers for tipping me off. Consider it DONE!
Question: When is the OPW Wrestling School going to open?
Pete Maguire: The foundation and building should be competed by the middle of April, 2010. We will open as soon as it is completed.
