OPW Jimmy Kane and New Genesis

Jimmy Kane
Our original core group of fans and supporters packed out the venues to see this man, Jimmy Kane in his brutal matches.
Kane's wresting license was suspended in Californa and Nevada for the very same reasons that OPW suspended and then permanantly dismissed him. Perhaps from bad parenting or too much tough love and none of the nurturing kind, Jimmy Kane had only one thing in mind in the ring..... to draw blood and injure people.
When he ran out of opponents to maim and no one would wrestle him, he would sit alone, isolated in a corner of the locker room and disfigure his arm by cutting it slowly with his barbwired baseball bat. He would gaze at his self inflicted wounds for long periods of time in deep contemplation. Jimmy Kane was obsessed with pain. He was a tortured soul.
Jimmy Kane is no longer licensed to wrestle in Oklahoma and today's Indy wrestlers should be grateful that he has chosen to remain in the shadows.
Managed by Steve Hartley, New Genesis are Jimmy Kane and Ian St. James!
FIGHT FOR THE FORK!
Bull Schmitt spoke to me after this match was over. Bull said, "Mama Andy taught me how to cook and to fend for myself. She showed me how to boil hot dogs and how to punch holes in them with a fork so that they could breathe. Jimmy Kane is no chef and I was determined that he wasn't gonna puncture me like some kind of all meat weiner! Jimmy Kane is a sadistic sociopath who should be banned from the business!"
Flying Jimmy Kane in from San Diego to wrestle at OPW was an expensive proposition. The airfare and rental car was part of our agreement, but the additional charges billed to his room at the airport Sheraton hotel were not. It seemed that when housekeeping picked up the remains of Kane's room service meals, the knives and forks were always missing. A charge for this was added to Kanes room bill which and then invoiced to OPW.
Some people take shampoo or towels as souvenirs, Kane took stainless steel eating utensils.
One of the Sheraton's forks showed up in a number of OPW matches. The results for Kane's opponents was bloody and brutal.
This young wrestler came from Oklahoma City came to Tulsa to test his newly learned wrestling skills. He never got the chance and he never came back to OPW because of the brutal, vicious and bloody carnage unleashed by Jimmy Kane. It was because of incidents like this that Jimmy Kane was ultimately fired and permanently banned from OPW. In addition to this, his wrestling license was been suspended in California and Nevada.
