1. Case Number: CS 2003 1623 filed in Tulsa County District Court on March 7, 2003 was a summary judgement against Rob Biggins for embezzling and usurping the company's assets was $18,000 including interest. Judge Russell Haas subsiquently reversed his decision, not because of the merits of the case, but because of incorrect wording in his summary. This case will go to trial. A court date is pending.
2. Case Number: CJ 2008 04358 filed in Tulsa County District Court on June 20, 2008 concerns Rob Biggins' refusal to cease and desist using Oklahoma Pro Wrestling, Inc.'s registered trade name of Rocco Valentino. This petition is for damages of at least $10,000 to Oklahoma Pro Wrestling, Inc.
3. UPDATE: April 5, 2010 - An angry Biggins walks out of a mandatory settlement arbitration after we refused his best offer of $500. Our previous summary judgement for $19,000 was thrown out an a procedural paperwork technicality by Judge Russell Haas. Since then we have been waiting for Judge Haas to retire which he has now done. New trial dates will be announced shortly.
