That's right, the fun! We are committed to making your group learning experience an exciting and enjoyable one; one you will look forward to each week.
The OPW professional wrestling school is not boot camp. It is a class where you will be taught how to do what we do!
Your fellow students will be a group of people, guys, gals, young, old, in shape and out of shape; all kinds of people, who just like you, love professional rasslin and want to learn how.
Students should be committed to an exercise and conditioning program and this will help you do more and accomplish goals more quickly.
But, do it on your own time and at your own gym. We will be teaching you arm locks, holds and counters, not how to lift weights or do crunches.
Reacquaint yourselves with the Dean of Admissions and Head Instructor, local fan favorite and 13 year pro wrestling veteran,

Cole Crittenden.
Other OPW veteran wrestlers will also be teaching.
